About

JBCNConf by the BarcelonaJUG

JBCNConf is a conference organized by the BarcelonaJUG, that will be from 27th to 29th of May 2019, in Barcelona, Spain.

In this 5th edition we are very proud of where we are, what we have achieved and what we are going. The CFP is open but we already have confirmed Brian Goetz, Venkat Subramaniam, Josh Long, Arun Gupta, Mario Fusco and others great speakers. More will be announced when submissions are approved. You can see the up to date list of speakers at http://www.jbcnconf.com/2019/speakers.html

We will cover many different topics in 2 days of talks, from #Java to #JVM langs (Scala/Cloujure/Groovy/Kotlin…), from #microservices to #kubernetes, from #cleancode to #reactive and #iot.

This year we’ll host host workshops on the morning of Wednesday 29th of May. As we’re growing as a conference the event will be on a larger and even more comfortable place than last edition.

And last, but not least, you cannot miss the amazing party specially organized for our attendees on Monday evening. This year the party will take place at the venue of the conference.

If you think this is the event that you want to attend before the northern summer is upon us, then don’t miss the chance to buy a ticket! We can offer a 10% discount for groups of 6 or more people. The regular tickets are on sale until 27th of March (or while the stock lasts). Be fast: the early bird tickets sold out on few days, so don’t wait to buy yours on the last minute 😉
